Cosa raccoglie
Quasi niente: non ci sono moduli che inviano dati, account, statistiche di visita, pubblicità o pulsanti social che si caricano da soli. I caratteri tipografici sono ospitati sul sito stesso.
Dati di navigazione
Il sito è ospitato da GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., Stati Uniti). Come ogni server web, quando apri una pagina GitHub registra il tuo indirizzo IP per motivi di sicurezza e per far funzionare il servizio: è un legittimo interesse (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f del Regolamento UE 2016/679). GitHub aderisce all’EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; i dettagli sono nella dichiarazione sulla privacy di GitHub.
Cookie e memoria del browser
Il sito non usa cookie propri.
Salva nel tuo browser (nella sua memoria locale, localStorage) solo due cose, e solo su questo dispositivo:
sm-carrello: i pezzi che metti nel carrello del negozio dimostrativo (nome, variante, quantità, prezzo d’esempio e foto), per ritrovarli quando cambi pagina o torni sul sito. Si cancella quando svuoti il carrello o concludi l’ordine di prova.sm-lingua: la lingua che hai scelto (italiano o inglese), per tenerla uguale su tutte le pagine.
Nessuna delle due viene inviata a noi o ad altri: restano nel tuo browser. Puoi cancellarle quando vuoi dalle impostazioni del browser (dati dei siti).
Il negozio online e la cassa (dimostrativi)
Il negozio di questo sito è una dimostrazione: i prezzi sono d’esempio e non si può comprare davvero. La cassa non invia i dati che scrivi (nome, email, telefono, indirizzo, note): restano nella pagina finché è aperta e spariscono quando la chiudi o concludi l’ordine di prova; non vengono salvati nemmeno nel browser. Non c’è nessun pagamento: non chiediamo numeri di carta e non si apre nessun servizio di pagamento.
Foto e descrizioni dei pezzi vengono dal profilo Instagram del negozio. Il link «Vedi il post» porta su Instagram: fino al clic non succede nulla, dopo vale l’informativa di Instagram.
La mappa di Google
La mappa di Google non si carica da sola: si apre solo se premi «Mostra la mappa». Da quel momento Google riceve il tuo indirizzo IP e può usare i suoi cookie, secondo la privacy di Google. Lo stesso vale per i link che aprono Google Maps. Se non premi, a Google non arriva niente.
Link esterni
I link verso Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, piattaforme di prenotazione o Google Maps portano su siti di altri: fino al clic non succede nulla, dopo valgono le loro informative.
Recensioni
Nella pagina ci sono brevi estratti di recensioni pubbliche, con il nome come compare sulla piattaforma d’origine. Se sei l’autore di una recensione e vuoi che il tuo estratto sia tolto, scrivici: lo togliamo.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere di accedere ai tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne l’uso od opporti al trattamento (artt. 15–22 del Regolamento UE 2016/679), e puoi presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Privacy & cookies (English)
Who runs this site. This is a demo site prepared by Bespoke Studio for Salvatore + Marie. While it remains a demo it is run by Bespoke Studio, which is the controller of the little technical data described here. Questions: info@bespokestud.io.
What it collects. Almost nothing: no forms that send data, no accounts, analytics, ads or social widgets that load on their own. Fonts are hosted on the site itself.
Server logs. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA), which logs visitors’ IP addresses for security and to run the service (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). GitHub takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; see the GitHub privacy statement.
Cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own.
Browser storage. It keeps only two things in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), on this device only: sm-carrello, the pieces you put in the demo shop’s basket (name, option, quantity, sample price and photo), so you find them again when you change page or come back — it is cleared when you empty the basket or complete the test order; and sm-lingua, the language you chose (Italian or English), so it stays the same on every page. Neither is sent to us or anyone else. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings (site data).
The online shop and checkout (demo). The shop on this site is a demonstration: prices are samples and nothing can actually be bought. The checkout does not send what you type (name, email, phone, address, notes): it stays on the page while it is open and disappears when you close it or complete the test order; it is not saved in the browser either. No payment takes place: no card numbers are asked for and no payment service is opened. Photos and descriptions of the pieces come from the shop’s Instagram profile; the “See the post” link leads to Instagram, whose policy applies after you click.
Google Maps. The map does not load on its own: it opens only when you press “Show the map”. From then on Google receives your IP address and may use its cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. Links that open Google Maps work the same way.
External links. Links to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, booking platforms or Google Maps lead to other sites: nothing happens until you click, then their policies apply.
Reviews. The page quotes short extracts of public reviews, with the name as shown on the original platform. If you wrote one and want it removed, write to us and we will take it down.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to it (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), and you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
